Bank Transfer to Open Learning College
If you have online banking why not transfer your fees straight into our account.
Please be aware when using this method, payments can take approx 2-5 working days to show in our bank.
Courses are dispatched when payment reaches our account. If you want to make payment instantly please use a credit/debit card.
Cash
For some student we understand that cash is the only option for you, in these cases, please call us or email to discuss the best option to send this to us. Cash is only accepted when paying fees in full.
We can accept deposits paid in cash into our bank account. Be advised the college will not be held responsible for any cash payments not reaching us.

Take advantage of our Easy Payment Plans which help you spread the cost of your course over a number of months – Interest Free! Simply pay a deposit now and then make four monthly payments by direct debit or debit/credit card.
Clicking on your chosen course provides an example of what your monthly payment might be, depending on the price of your chosen course. This could be as little as £1 per day invested in you and your future prospects!

Monthly payments are normally collected on or around a month after you pay your deposit and then the same time thereafter each month.
Study Pack
If you have chosen to receive a study pack (learning materials by post), this will be despatched within 7 days of your payment being received.
Open Learning College Branded Items
28 days Post enrolment we will send you the current promotional branded item at that time for Open Learning College, along with your enrolment pack and welcome letter.
All UK deliveries are sent by Royal Mail and do not include insurance. UK orders are despatched within 7 days of the order being made (usually within 48 hours). Free Postage & Packing for UK orders when you pay online. All Orders will be sent by Royal Mail.
All International Orders (Paper Based Courses) will incur an additional charge toward Postage & Packaging. This will depend on the course you choose. Please see the Course of your choice for more details.
